2016 Suburban LTZ no tail lights
Not sure what to do next. No tail lights working. Turn signal, brake, and reverse lamps all work correctly. Checked every fuse in all three fuse boxes for continuity, all checked out. Purchased new replacement tail light assemblies thinking it may be a bad circuit board in the assembly as is common in the Tahoe, did not fix the issue. Searched the forums for this issue on my model year and nothing matches. Any suggestions for what to check next and where?
Any help or guidance is appreciated.

1. Do the front marker/parking lights turn on?
2. Is there illumination in the instrument cluster that works, like with a dimmer wheel? Not familiar with more-modern ones, but historically those were all on same circuit as tail lights.
