Looking to find out largest size tires I can put on my 2019 suburban Lt with stock 18 in wheels....stock is 265/65/18...has anyone gone 275/65 or 275/70 without suspensions mods?

A decent tire shop should be willing to mount a set of front tires on it that are the 275/65 or 275/70 and turn from stop to stop to check for the clearance. You also have to take into consideration the jounce clearance when turned. That is just 1 size difference and should be ok but also remember that the speedometer will be off a little and with a good enough updated Tech 2 you can likely recalibrate or see if tire shop can or dealer can. The thing is, will it effect the factory warranty?
