Default 2020 Suburban LT BOTH key fobs don't work..and only in the driveway

Suddenly, BOTH key fobs stopped working. They work 3 blocks away at my child's bus stop, they work at the dealer. They do NOT work in my driveway......where they have ALWAYS worked just fine for the last 1.5 yrs. Dealer looked at everything and ended up replacing remote function actuator. Key fobs were working at the dealer...get home, they don't work in the driveway. What is going on?? Interference? Some other part in the car that is malfunctioning? I have never had this happen on any car.

You have some sort of radio (RF) interference at home. If something was wrong in the vehicle it would not work somewhere else away from your house.
Could be something in your house or the neighbors.
I'd start by unplugging cordless phones, home Wi-Fi, etc. to see what may be doing it.

Is there another vehicle in the family that has a remote ?
I ask this because if that vehicle's remote is transmitting, it could be interfering with your vehicle. Sometimes just the presence of that remote can be picked up by your vehicle's system and cause some problems. Please let us know what you find, thanks.

Any new vehicles in the driveway or close by? I bought home a Buick Enclave and thought there was something wrong with the RKE system because it wouldn't work well. Then I realized that my Challenger RKE was having the same issues. Turns out both are on the same frequency and interfere with each other. When the Enclave is gone, the Challenger works fine and vice versa.

If engine light is on , fob wont work. having said that I had an issue with bad fuel pump relay which in turn would not start remotely.

That certainly is not true. Remote start won't work but the other features of the fobs will still function.
