Default 2021 Suburban RST Questions/Issues

I bought the 21 Suburban RST a few months and am finally settled into it. I have a couple questions/ concerns about certain features considering the price point on this vehicle.

1) Seats - this car is used by both myself and my spouse. I have Key Set 1 and she has Key Set 2. My expectation is that if she uses the car last, then I use Key Set 1 to either auto start or unlock the vehicle, that the driver seat will automatically adjust to my preferred settings. I tried playing with all the settings and nothing seems to work. The second issue with seats is that when I manually need to adjust them to my settings by pressing the button on the door I need to HOLD the button for the duration of the adjustments. I should only have to press it once quickly and it automatically adjusts to my preset settings. She is short, I am tall.. So this especially sucks when it's raining out. I need to stand outside holding the button until they're is room for me to get in.

2) Engine clicking - whenever I turn the vehicle off I can hear random clicking coming from the engine for about 30 seconds afterwards. It almost sounds like there are a bunch of switch's turning off. Is this normal?

3) In vehicle Wi-Fi - My understanding is that the only way this will work is thru On Star? Is that true? And if so, how is the service? I know another option is to just use my phone's hot spot but that would be aggravating having to constantly turn it on and off during rides.

4) Driving modes - The RST comes with multiple driving modes (Normal, Sport, Off Road, etc.). When is it best to utilize Sport? In the city with alot of stopping and turning, or on the highway when going fast and switching lanes?

5) SD card - My understanding is that the SD card is used to update the navigation system. Is that accurate? How/when do we know when a new release has been sent out? Will it update via the console firmware or do we need to insert it into a PC to upload?

Appreciate everyone's help with these questions!
