Default Lifter Class Action Lawsuit

Contact Lee McNair at Miller law firm for the lifter class action lawsuit. I have a 2021 Tahoe and had a lifter failure this last weekend. Called them today and they took all my information.

Default 2021 Tahoe Z71

My lifters went out at 9,000 miles. My engine was knocking and shutdown completely while at a red light. They replaced the bad lifters and bent pushrod. Fast forward two months and only additional 1,000 miles the same exact issue just happened and the vehicle is back in the shop getting repaired. In my option, GM should make this right for vehicles having this issue and give a full buyout option and compensation. Total of 6 weeks without a vehicle in only two months is unacceptable for a problem caused by GM. Afraid of how many more times this will happen. Products manufactured and assembled during the COVID years should be avoided at all costs. Lack of quality control and rushing to production to make up for lost revenue is a pattern our society is unfortunately starting to see as a result of the shutdown. Maybe it’s time to start riding my bike more!

Was it the lifters on the same side that went out the second time?

Just curious to know if anyone has had the lifters replaced and the ones they were replaced go out again. I have had the lifters on the left side replaced at 9,000 miles and now the lifters on the right side replaced at 24,000 miles. Wondering if the new lifters are designed differently to keep it from happening again or if I need to trade this thing in before my warranty expires.
