Default 2500 Suburban charcoal canister

Gas splashes back at me when filling up and I came to realize I have charcoal pellets in my EVAP lines. So I ordered a new charcoal canister. I easily located the old canister and have removed the one 13mm bolt near the spare tire but cannot find other bolts or wiggle the canister out. I can't see what's holding it on the top. Any ideas how I can get it out?

If your evap canister is under the right rear bumper, you have to remove the rear bumper to replace the evap charcoal canister. There's a bracket at the top of the canister with studs that go thru the chassis C channel flange to two 10mm hex nuts. Even if you manage to remove thd nuts with the bumper in place, the canister bracket will be trapped by the bumper mounting brackets. The rear bumper must absolutely be removed. Just did this Tuesdsy. You have to remove the spare under the back of the truck to get at the 10 bolts (if you have a factory trailer hitch) that hold the bumper on. Socket sizes are 18mm, 15mm, and 21mm. There are 3 bolts on each side (2x 18, 1x 15) going thru C channel web, 1x 21mm on each side going uo from bottom (you do not need to remove the nuts holding the hitch on), and 2x 21mm at center holding hitch to bumper.

The info I posted above is for a 2004 Suburban 2500 LT. The canister location in the video Berserker Jack provided is a 2005 and the canister is in a different location.
