Can you add a third row seat to a tahoe that did not come with one originally

Welcome to the forum.

While it would be possible (anything is possible w/ enuf time and $s), you'll probably have a hard time get anyone to do it due to potential liability. The attachment points aren't not there and would require cutting/welding.
