I've got a 98 1/2 ton suburban that won't shift into 4wd, its got a push button switch in it and none of the lights on the switch will light up,the service 4wd light is also on. If anybodies got any ideas of what is wrong I would sure appreciate the help

My switch would turn on and off or not work at all, took it apart and realized most of the solder joints had cracks in them fixed by resoldering all the pins/contacts after that no more problems, I realize this post is from 2010 but figured it would still help people if they had the same issue.
