I am looking to buy a suburban. I really would like a 2000 or newer because of the body and design and I prefer it a little better, but a co-worker approached me and told me his relative is selling a 1999 GMC Suburban with low miles on it. My question is what is the specs on the 5.7L that is in the '99 vs. the specs on a 5.3L in the new body style? What is thehorsepower, torque, and fuel efficieny (roughly) differences between the two?
