91 Suburban dash brake light
Its not the pedal, it stays on lighter in intensity than when the e-brake is engaged. I put new rear brakes on and completely bled the lines- there was some crappy looking stuff that came out.
I read about the proportioning valve- and this made sense since a few times the rear wheels locked up, not even hitting the brakes hard. After the bleeding I was on the brakes real hard in an attempt to pop it loose and didn't notice anything pop. The pins on each end seem to move. Apparently this valve is no longer available?
I did notice when I disconnected the top plug to the ABS module that the light went out. I figured the box was bad and replaced it to the tune of $80. Light still on.
Anything to get me in the right direction? I am trying to sell this truck and want to get it right before I do so. I only drove it about 500 miles since I bought it last August so I'm not really familiar with it.
Thanks in advance! PS- its a diesel if that matters.
