Hello bigEd12,

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this with your Suburban. I am not sure if you are planning on diagnosing this matter yourself, or getting your dealership involved; however, if the dealership route is the one you plan on taking feel free to send us a PM with your full contact information, VIN, current mileage, and involved dealership and we would be happy to assist with setting that up for you.

Kind regards,

Jonathan A. (Assisting)

You might want to check out the wheel speed sensors/ connectors at all four corners... make sure the connections are clean and tight

I'll have to try to look for the "wheel speed sensor" connections. Thanks for that.

Jonathan, before going the dealer rout, I'll try to look on my own to look over the obvious. Hopefully, I'll find a loose connection or ground cable. Else, it looks to be fairly involved as I've found topics online and through youtube on replacing it. I'll keep you in mind. Appreciate the offer.

Taking the suburban into the shop tomorrow for an intermediate shaft replacement. I'll have them diagnose the ABS.

I'll let you know what they come back with...

OK, got my car back from the shop.

Intermediate shaft replaced. $105 for the part, $100 for the labor, $60 for the alignment. OK with me...

Now the ABS. They diagnosed it to the ABS Control Module. The following is the debug I assume from the computer:
Codes
Engine
P0175 O2 RICH BANK 2
P0300 RANDOM MISFIRE
ABS
C0265 ECBM RELAY FAULT
C0245, C0246, C0251, C0252, INTERNAL SOLENOID SHORT

Shop's estimate: $1200 +
I declined.

Did a bit of a search online and found that I can send in my ABS unit for rebuild for as low as $79. Replacing it does not look hard at all. I just may go this rout.
