Just bought a burb, and the volt gauge is pegged almost in the red close to 19v, had advance test charging system and all checked out. It stays pegged unless accessories are turned on. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Check/compare the voltage with a separate Meter.
Preferably from inside the vehicle, via a Power Outlet
(Cigarette Lighter) where you can directly view comparison.

IF VMeter is accurate, the most likely problem is your Voltage Regulator.
