in stock form, the 93 motor has a fuel pump relay, as well as a fuse. if the motor swap was done right, then the relay is there somewhere. the other thing to do would be to start at the gas tank, and trace the wire back to the relay and/or power source.

Does anyone have a pic of what the fuel pump relay looks like?

New relay and nothing, trying to trace the wires but it is hard to route where they go, does anybody have a diagram or anything of all the wires that are involved in controlling the fuel pump?

The only one you can supply that wiring diagram is the guy that did the swap. We would only be guessing on how he did.

Most people that swap motors do not use GM wiring for the fuel. GM has to have a lot of safety stuff. Most guys just run a wire from the key on side of the box to a fuse maybe a kill switch then to the pump.

Do you have power going to the relay with the key on?

No I dont, does the fuel pump run to the computer at all or can I just set it up to where the fuel pump just turns on when the key does? In other words can I run a fused wire from an ignition wire straight to the fuel pump or does the fuel pump not run constantly?

The fuel pump is just that, a pump. You give it 12 volts it should run. In the 93 GM does supply power from the computer to the relay (or it would not have a relay). This is one of the ways the VAT system keeps the car from starting. GM also runs a wire thru a Oil pressure sending unit. No oil pressure, no power to the pump. Most people think this is to protect the motor. Its not, It to protect against making a 30 ft flame throw. GM assumes that aslong is the motor is consuming fuel (AKA running)the fuel line is not broken or a car on it side or top will run out of oip pressure almost instantly.

Like I said earlier it all depend on how the convertion was done. For testing purposes you could run a straight fused wire to the pump. In your case you could just run a wire to the relay and see if it works then.
