Default 95 suburban electrical issue

I have a 1995 chevy suburban k2500 that has a problem that ties the cruise control, and fan speed selector and the abs and brake warning lights all together. if i have the cruise control on and I switch fan switch it can disable the cruise control and shut off the fan and make the brake and abs lights come on and flash on and off. if everything is on and working ok and i leave fan switch alone everything is usually ok. If I do have a problem it will go away after awhile and be ok for awhile. are all of these electrically tied together and is there a place to look for a problem. has anyone seen this, please help me with a solution. thanks.
