No MAF on a 1995. That K&N air filter looks like it could be cleaner. Still used the R-4 A/C compressor, not the H-6. TBI injection for sure. Maybe ignition coil or wires are defective? The only thing that makes it difficult is it's running OBD I, not OBD II. Be nice to see what a scan-tool read-out shows. It's old school, but I'd put a vacuum gauge on it; easy to do with a TBI, not so much with non-TBI fuel-injection motors.

If you have an OHM meter maybe start testing sensors, maybe start with coolant and Oxygen, quick check for vacuum leaks, if you can try and shake the converters while leaving it in the hangers s=to see if you can hear rattles etc, i had one rattle i looked for a long time and cause some run issues was a busted up converter inside, pull a spark plug see what the tips look like, check the cap and rotor with an ohm meter, its pretty strait forward or should be,if you have a fuel pressure gauge check that, simple stuff is usually it though, plugs cap rotor wires, vacuum leak, do the key on thing to see codes, that ones old school, the 96 i can read, its limited but i can read it.
