Default 96 Suburban won't start when hot

I have a 1996 Chevy Suburban with a 5.7 V8 engine and have some starting issues when the temperature is above 85 degrees and the engine is still hot. The fuel pressure regulator, fuel injectors and spider have been replaced, as well as a new fuel pump. Pouring water on the 2 Oxygen sensors before the cat converter seem to help it be able to start up again. Does anyone have any experience with this issue?

Also the fuel filter was replaced last summer when I first experienced this issue. Here's an example of what happens. I drive it around on a 85+ degree day, go into a store, come out 15-20 minutes later and it won't start. When I check the fuel pressure there is none. I've replaced almost the entire fuel system. The only solution so far is to either wait for about an hour or to pour water onto the manifolds/O2 sensors. Once it starts up again it runs fine.

Have you checked the fuel pump relay to ensure that it is closing with full continuity every time it is cycled? With a digital volt ohm meter (dvom) check to see if you are getting the 2-3 second initial pulse to energize the pull in coil on the fuel pump relay
