Default 99 4x4 Chevy Tahoe starting issues

I'm new to this so need your help, Tahoe will not start, changed rotor and cap just to make sure had enough spark, put new fuel relay in and check pressure and read 62 or 63, if i throw some gas in their it will start and die out in 4 seconds, i have the gas tank dropped, gas pours out.

When did it stop starting up?
I took the dashboard off disconnected airbags and everything then i went to start it up and nothing, and advise? Thanks

This sounds like the description of what my Tahoe did [that doesn't mean yours will have the same solution...but worth mentioning]. My hoe is a 1999 4x4.

My "security" system would shut my hoe down after seconds when it started. My hoe had two issues with the security. One was resolved by disconnecting the battery cable (I think it was the positive one) for about 20 seconds then reconnecting (as I don't have the FOB type key for mine or it would have been a different procedure with doors etc...)(I have the passlock type key).

The other security issue was fixed: When I had the lock cylinder out there was a set of small wires that went to the security and it had "play". I followed the youtube guys advice/pictures and used a small piece of PLASTIC (either straw or tie) and wedged it in so the "play" was gone.

When lock cylinder area is exposed, fix "play" in security wire.
(My "security light" on the dash didn't "flash" or "stay lit" each time).
I've also had issues lately with fuel pump and with weak cold cranking battery (they didn't have the same symptoms of the "start and immediately die" though. (They either wouldn't start at all and wouldn't crank at all--the battery issue; or wouldn't start but kept "cranking" when turning the key--the fuel pump issue. [after tracking down and eliminating])

A picture of my Tahoe with cover off, lock cylinder removed, & steering wheel removed. I wedged a piece of plastic straw in mine to get the "play" out where the black casing brings the security wires in.
