okay my mother was driving down the highway and it just shut off and wont start back up at all turns over but wont start can yall please help me out with this problem it is a 99 suburban 2wd 5.7l vortec stock motor no added alarms or remote start all stock

 

I'd start with checking fuel pressure

 

okay i will do tht i have been told it was the fuel pump and thanks for the help

 

Ours was the fuel pump and we have a 99 Suburban. We went through 6 fuel pumps in one summer to come to find out it was the plug it was shorting out the fuel pumps. It would have saved a lot of time of we did them together!
