Default AC in 2015 Suburban LTZ

First time owner and trying to get to know the vehicle. How long should it take the AC to get cold on a hot day? Finding it takes a very long time and the blowers in the rear seem much colder that the front. Are there any tricks?: such as turning off the rear system or using the AUTO or what? Or do I have a problem with the my AC system?

Welcome to the forum.

If it's still in warranty, I would recommend having a dealer check it out. You realize that the rear A/C has separate controls unless it is being controlled by the front seat passenger. Normally the air coming out of the vents should start to feel cool in less than a minute.
