Ac blows hot air on driver.
I have replace the actuator, I’ve done all sorts recalibration resets and it still blows super hot only on driver side . I have Max Freon so that isn’t the problem . All vents will blow cold air on LOW IDLE but as soon I hit the accelerator hard it blows hot on driver side only and continually stays hot all day long.. I have no idea what the issues may be I have an 04 tahoe with Manual air controls . I’ve replaced my blower resistor and the blower motor and condenser works like a champ. .. I also have no cabin filter in this truck only and AC Evaporator and im assuming it could be clogged with dirt and debris and could be causing a blockage to happen? I am not sure if this is the issue tho sense all other vents blow cold as ice .

Had similar issue on our 2005 Yukon. If I shut off engine and restarted, it would cool again on driver side for a while.
Then, when in the driver side cool" mode I unplugged the actuator harness and ran it like this for a year as Mrs. Cusser did not use the heater (Arizona), used the heated seat.
After a year like this, I replaced the actuator with a Dorman one (had to grind a 5.5mm socket shorter at BOTH ends to fit to remove the panel) and had to go through the "wave dead chicken while standing on one foot" routine to have the computer learn the new part. Note that there are like 3 actuators, so need to have replace the appropriate one. On our 2005 Yukon this was the one on passenger side, closest to the center console.
If air flow was fine out the correct vent, not a blower resistor or blower fan issue.
