It's still under warranty. They have to fix it. Request that the service manager go on a test ride in it with you and show him what it is doing.

 

or go for a ride in another one on the lot and see what happens w/that one.

 

check your condensor for obstructions in front or at the bottom of it, like leaves or debris. if this thing has a clutch fan see if it is slipping when the ac is on. if it has an electric fan make sure it is activated when the ac relay is closed or that the AC Fan motor isnt seized in the housing.

 

I think that new vehicle should be returned and the dealer should provide you with a replacement vehicle,hopefully something compatible to your''s, until they either fix the problem OR just give you another vehicle.
