Default AC help guys...1993 Suburban/With dual air

Here is the issue....

I popped the hood when getting home tonight and noticed the line coming off the compressor going to the rear was luke warm, the line coming from the condensor was Blazing hot, and the line feeding the dryer/accumalator was cold and the dryer had sweat on it. the compressor makes a high pitch squeaky sound sometimes lately

so my question is, is those lines suppose to be that way?

2 months ago..replaced orifice/condensor/accumalator & recharged it

Hi pressure gas line from compressor to the condenser and hi pressure liquid line from the condenser to the evap will be HOT. Low pressure gas line from evap to the compressor will be cold. Hope you used gauges when you recharged.

Did it hold a vacuum when you pumped it down?

Also did you add the correct amount of oil to the new accumulator and condenser?

I'd be prepared to replace it. You don't want it to crater in your system.

Sounds normal except for the squeaky compressor which is most probably an old belt you should replace. If not then the clutch may be seizing up. What I did in the past was to bathe the clutch in penetrating oil as it was turning and I never had that problem again. But you gotta get ahead of this noise before it gets worse.

update: replaced the compressor, & went ahead and did the PITA rear expansion valve....now I got cold air in the rear, but warm up front...cant get no more than 24oz in the system before the compressor starts making a weird noise?..put the gauges on it, and the low side is 60 & the high side bounces from 50-100#....any idea here guys? EVERYTHING has been over hauled except the evaporator

My question is, whats making the high side be so low, and the system not taking in more than 24oz give or take a ounce...thanks guys
