My AC was working fine this morning on my 2002 Tahoe but now when I go to turn my AC on in the front I can hear the air blowing but it just doesnt come out of the vents. I can change it from 1, 2, etc...and you can hear the air blowing stronger but just not coming out the vents. The defroster works and the air will blow at my feet but just not the main vents.

 

I assume that you don't have the selector set for Defrost. Then whatever controls the divertor in the plenum (either vacuum or electric, not sure which) is either not working or the door is stuck.

 

bought a 95 chevy Tahoe the ac works but does not blow out the vent and I think the vent door under dash is stuck
