Default Aftermarket Radio-Rear Audio Controls-99 Escalade

Hi. I know this is a chevy site but what the heck. I'm going to put an aftermarket kenwood radio in my 1999 Escalade OBS. Is there anyway I can keep the rear Audio controls? (mounted on rear of center console) I'm going to disable the factory amp and subwoofer but would still like to use audio controls. Thanks.

Unless the Kenwood radio is set up that way, I doubt that you can do what you're trying to do with the rear controls.

well PAC makes an adapter that allows factory controls to be connected to an aftermarket radio. I sued a PAC SWI-RC converter to retain the steering wheel cntls in my Nissan Titan. Think it could be done the same in the caddy?
