Default Aftermarket stereo in 07 Tahoe.

Hi everyone

In all of my past vehicles I have always replaced the stock headunit with a good Alpine head unit, and was thinking about doing the same in my 07 Tahoe. I don't have the Bose stereo, just the basic factory radio; and was wondering if anyone else out there has done the same in replacing the factory unit with an aftermarket unit. My main question is did you notice an improvement insound quality, clarity, and volumerunning the aftermarket unit through the stock speakers?

Thanks much for your help.

It would probably depend on the quality of the head unit. But if you are going to replace the Head Unit, I would upgrade the speakers. Good Luck
