If you put aftermarket wheels, as I have, the system will turn on the TPS light and it will tell you that you need to servise the TPS. It does this because of no sensors on the new wheels. Thanks.

I'm confused about your reference to tire pressure monitor lite. Doesn't it only come on if your tire pressure is below the low limit? (whatever that is) Just curious.

Second the recommendation on soldering. Good pics.

Did you attempt to put TPS's in your aftermarket wheels?

P_RsTahoe,
This may be a stupid question, but does your 2nd row seat click into the normal position ok with the amp being underneath it? Also, do you have any heat problems with the amp due to it being confined by the seat above it?

Can you give me the model number of your amp you have under your second row seat! I would like to get the specs off the amp so I can see what size will fit under the seat. Thanks.

also, Pac now makes a plug and play adapter for adding an amp..a bit easier.

http://www.pac-audio.com/products/im...OEM-GM1416.jpg

also found this footnote, so if you are installing a sub..i would avoid the chime speaker.

Just like factory stereo system, the warning chimes will play through front left RCA output of interface. Turning on rear entertainment controls (if equipped) will make rear outputs of interface play second audio source.

No problems what so ever with the 2nd row seats. On the cooling issue, Im not sure. I have never had the amp shut down on me. I will get the model number un a few. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info. I'll have to check out your amp to see the dimensions. The only problem I may have is that I have the bucket seats, so the length may be a problem for me.
