I was curious about where you guys are putting your aftermarket amps for your stereos? In my 01 Tahoe, they fit under the second seat, but it doesn't look like there is room in the 07.

Hey Mike,
I've got my amp under the 2nd row bench. Right in the middle there is room for my JL 500/1 amp...not a huge amp but fairly large for the space. It looks good there, I'll see if I can get a picture for you tomorrow.

Under the second row, or in place of the factory sub... Across from the jack assy.

 

mine are in the same area, one amp under each bucket seat. I chose a small footprint amp , made by Twister in Europe ( makers of Audison Amps) so it fits great. The stereo shop also recommended the new Alpine's they are the size of a hardback book and fit perfect.
