Cool which ATF should I use

2001 Yukon 5.3l. I am wondering if it would be OK to use synthetic maxlife fluid instead of regular in this model SUV. It has 210,000 on it.

doesn't matter as long as it meets Dexron IV or above specifications (check the label).
Dexron VI is highest specification available right now.
