Auto mirrors not working

Hello. 1st time for me

have a 2019 Tahoe Z71. Love love it. Issue. Auto mirrors work when they want. I don’t see anything in the guide to activate them.

any thoughts

When you say they don't work do you mean the auto dimming doesn't work?
