My back seat (large side) on my 2003 Tahoe has always had an issue when I would lower it. The headrest would not flip up no matter what I tried. Now the bottom part of the seat won't pull up. It won't budge!! I looked over the other seats mechanism and I see the fabric is looped around a small bar which releases the lever when pulled up to allow the seat to fold up and forward. Please someone direct me on how to fix this issue!
