Battery Charger
Does anyone know of a good "dumb" battery charger? The kind you can plug in and touch the leads, and they spark? I have a charger I recently bought thinking it was like this, and in order to charge a totally dead battery I have to jump it to another battery, or a start pack to it to get it charging.
