Default Battery issue

I need to replace the positive cable for my battery. I am having trouble figuring out is it 1 long cable or 2 shorter cables? It runs from the post to a crimp near a little red box then continues beneath the truck to the starter is it one long cable or 2 shorter ones? Its a 2004 suburban 2 wheel drive.

I tried using a splice but the hole for the cables is to small and it drains my battery because it can't get enough boost to it. So changing cables was next thing to do according to the auto parts store.

When in doubt use the AutoZone.com web site to help you get the correct part.

It does look it has a crimp terminal along the cable.

The GM part number is 15372005.
