Default Battery & mirror issues in 2007 Suburban

I have had my 2007 suburban for 15months now - we bought it new.The driver side power mirror has never been right. It didn't move right from day 1and it is always dim at night so you can't see in it to back up. The dealer replaced the motor so the power part works now but it is still dim. The rearview mirror is dim to and there isn't light shining on it to make it that way. But I don't usually use it to back up at night anyway.

The second issue is that 2X's now it is completely dead after being in accessory mode for 10minutes. The first time it happened, about 4 months ago, the dealer reset something in the computer but it happened again yesterday. The TV was still working and inside lights but it wouldn't crank. I am taking it back to the dealer again next week. It has just over 20K on it. Anyone else having these problems? If so what did you do? The dealer can't figure anything out if it doesn't show up on the computer.
