Default Best Cell Phone Holder for 2004 Chevy Suburban

Hello,

We have a 2004 Suburban. I need to buy a holder for my iPhone 8 Plus so I can see my GPS while driving. I would appreciate recommendations on what type of holder is best and where to mount it in this vehicle.
Before posting, i tried to search the forum for this information but the only search button I could find is just for a Google search. (I’m trying to do this on my phone as I don’t have access to a desktop right now.)

The right cell phone holder won't block your vision, The one I use on my 15 Malibu sits low between the center-dash. In some states, the police make a big deal about them, while they type away at their professional computer screens, the hypocrites. People are so scared to speak of the police, but so many die in car crashes, while using those professional screens mounted to the floorboards.

There is also some stupid notion that they are better drivers then civilians, which isn't any more true than how well they can shoot their pistols. Lots of civilians are MUCH better shots than the police. I know as I used to belong to a gun club, and our firing range was located on BLM land so they shut us down 15 years back, due to the lead issue. Lots of police would shoot there as well, and only half were as good as we "civilians".

One of the reasons why the Glock handgun is so popular with the police is they hold 20 cartridges, and have a trigger safety making it easy to unload 20 rounds in a matter of seconds, since so many of them barely pass the qualification courses, particularly with a six-shooter. Oh, well sorry about the rant, but it's true. Every word I just wrote. as God as my witness. Oh, and the police ARE civilians, not military, even if they dress like it, Nuff said.

I will add that my Malibu didn't come with the fancy colored console, but my Garmin 51 LMT. Its better than anything. Has a forward camera in case one of those Russian idiots pulls in front of me, then slams on the brakes. I'll have them by the cajones with the camera. It also records audio so if some out-of-reason law-enforcement officer gets nasty it's all recorded as well, and I have it set up to send it to my cellphone. Mine is mounted low on the front window, so it doesn't interfere with vision. Has time to destination speed, elevation, traffic issues, voice activation, ect ..Worth every penny I paid for it. Need to get a camera on the back so I can take pictures of all the tailgaters.
