Best Performance mods - 2007 Burb
Installed it yesterday...super easy, had to heat & bend the hanger a little as it was slightly off causing the tips to press up against the bumper cover. I was able to bend it enough so there's about an 1/8" gap between the tip & body. Definitely a little throatier exhaust tone but nothing major.

I am fairly new to the forum and this is my first post. I love the dual exhaust look, that exit from both sides at a 45 degree angle. To achieve this, I am considering a 50 series Flowmaster single inlet/ dual exit muffler. Then, to top it off with dual tips on each side. I have a K&N filter and I am thinking to replace it with a CAI one day and purchase a tuning chip. My local mechanic quote me 425 to 450 to go catback in this manner. I would like a little more acceleration over stock more than anything, a low growl on the prowl, but quiet at idle. However, I am wondering will this help me to reach my overall goals.
Welcome to the forum.
If you have read this thread, you'll notice that you'll get the most bang for your buck w/ a Blackbear tune. External mods don't yield much, if any, power increase and it's usually at the upper rpm range.
