Yes the UPF code is on the glove box sticker. that tells me the system is "broke". Should a dealer be able to diagnose and define a fix? Maybe a reset of the system or firmware update? Something simple I'm hoping.

I didn't see a blown fuse. Audio works through the system voice, through onstar. The system voice doesn't recognize commands. Previous owner says all factory audio.
Thanks for the suggestions

You could always try a reset, try disconnecting the battery for several minutes and see if it works afterwards...

Disconnected the battery for 1 hr. No change. Are there any experts for electronic diagnostics besides Delphi?

You may want to check with a local dealership's service department and see if they have a technician that is versed with the use of the Tech2 tool to re-flash that option if possible...

Question bluetooth not working

My Bluetooth on my 2009 Tahoe Hybrid just stopped working. I had to jump it off last week because of a dead battery. Does that have anything to do with it. How do I reset it so it will work. When I press the button for 2-3 seconds, it goes to On Sat.

Diagnosis for my 2009 was VM module needed replacing. $612. Installed.
