Default Bluetooth Issue

Good Morning,

I have a 2008 Chevy Suburban (1500LT), and I bought this device to be able to play music of my iPhone:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ML5GP72/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ML5GP72/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

This is my second device of this kind, because I originally thought the one I bought at Best Buy was defective. What happens is this; it connects to my phone just fine, but there is a high pitch noise that comes out every time I use it. The noise happens even when the device is off and the radio is set to "auxiliary". Is this something that happens on all 2008 Suburbans? Is this fixable?
Any suggestions on how to fix this will be appreciate it.

Thank you.
