Default Bluetooth Kit for 08 Silverado w/ CD Nav

I have an 08 Silverado w/ Nav. Following the advice of some on this forum, I bought a coastal e-tech onstar lockpick and a Parrot CK 3500 bluetooth handfree kit. I had the system hooked up at the local Best Buy, but we have encountered a problem. The handfree kit works perfectly for outgoing calls, but not for incoming. On incoming calls, the kit switches to onstar when the phone rings, just like it is supposed to, however, once you answer the phone the onstar cuts off and the radio comes back on and the only way to continue the call is through the cell phone handset. Has anyone else encountered this problem? The Parrot rep says its the Lockpick, and the Lockpick guy thinks its the Parrot. Well, I have now to be on the safe side bought 2 of each, so one of them must be wrong. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yeah I'm no expert here, but you may want to post this in the Silverado forum. You'd get better help there since this is the Tahoe forum.
