Hi everyone. Looking for body side molding for my 2009 Suburban. All four pieces are peeling off and would probably just try to reform with heat gun and more adhesive but threw out one piece that I pulled off over the winter (not sure what I was thinking).

All searches come back with the chrome aftermarket Putco ones. I'm not against aftermarket but given it is an all black LS not sure how it would work with chrome body molding and no other chrome at all.

Any ideas welcome.

Go to a local body shop and see if they can order it for you.

Unfortunately, I have a great relationship with my local shop, so they'd get me a part like that at their cost.

 

Thanks for the response. When I last at the dealer they gave me a quick quote of over $400 -- seemed outrageous.

 

You might check E-Bay and Amazon...
