Often takes several pumps to get the caliper pistons pushed out against the pad and rotors to give you a stiff pedal.

 

Thanks for the quick tip on the Calipers being installed on the wrong sides. The front were and after switching them the Tahoe bled perfectly! After seeing tip i was only looking at the rear not looking at the front, just so happens the issue was on the front
