What is a "bumper face bar" as opposed to just a bumper? The rear chrome bumper on my 2001 Suburban has completely rusted through so I'm looking at what I need to order to replace it. Do I want just the "bumper face bar" or is there another piece that I need because it will have rusted as well? My initial instincts are that there could be a metal "bumper" and then the chrome "bumper face bar" goes over it. Could someone fill me in here?
