Default Buzzing temp sensor

'07 Tahoe LT2

Anyone experiencing or have experienced buzzing coming from the cabin temp sensor above the driver's seat in the headliner?? This is a recent development that for the most part is not an issue while the tunes are cranked up, but when the volume is low, the buzzing is annoying. Through the sunroof opening, I can pull the headliner down just enough to reach in and get to the sensor and can feel it buzzing. Is it an easy DIY fix??

Thanks for any info/help that you can provide.

It has a little fan and the buzzing is probably caused by dry bearings. You could try to lube them or replace the unit.
