Default a/c heat air flow

the problem i'm having is the air coming out of the vents in front doesn't seem to coming out as fast as it should all my other cars have a lot more force

things i've checked

1-blower motor goes to high and all other settings, seems to spinning fast enouph dont have a rpm figure to compare

2-all the doors seem to be going to the right place and i don't get any air out of vent that are closed off by the doors

3-the rear system seems to put out alot more volume

i get cold air on A/C and hot air on the heat settings but the volume or force of air just isn't there i seem to get good force after the evaporator or heater core,am i missing something?does anybody have a pdf drawing of the system to see if i missed something,is this normal for these burb's,
i blew out the ducts with compresed air and they seem to be clear

there could be dirt on the fan blades ruining air flow or the air could be blocked at the inlet on the bottom of the windshield.

Two very good points have been made with the Filter and inlet blockage.
I'd also check to see it there may have been a separation in one of the
cowling pieces, maybe a clip fell off, and it's releasing air under the dash.
Also, one of the Tubes may have split or come loose from the air
distributor.

I too would be interested in seeing a Under Dash Layout (any format)

Did they use a cabin air filter back then? The NBS doesn't have one.

thanks guy's i doesn't look to have a cabin air filter it blows the same under recirc as is does drawing in outside air and recirc opening i can see easily, the blower vanes have just a very light coating of dust nothing that i haven't seen on other cars, i cleaned the evaporator that didn't help, from what i took apart i didn't see any seperated hoses and didn't feel any air leaks i had a good portoin of the dash apart but not the entire thing, this might turn into a winter project because i still need it to tow my boat and i guess its time to get a factory service manual to see what entire unit looks like my chevy cavilier will make your eye's water from the force of the air coming out of the vents this feels about the second notch up from low in comparision
could the motor just be old and not handle the back pressure in the system?
