My 05 did the same thing. It was the mixing door actuator. Bought it at Advance, I think, and changed it myself. Google it, there so help out there for this. Cost about 150 instead of the 500 or so if taken to the dealer. Mine would low hot on the left and stay cool on the right (dual zone hvac).
