Default CAM upgrade - computer - can it adjust?

1998 K1500 Suburban 5.7L V8.

I've only really changed a few things. First was headers and cold air intake system. This was to help the Suburban tow better and I'm sure it made a difference,

Then I replaced the cam and lifters and rocker arms to get some more towing horsepower. It's all done but I'm not sure the performance is there. M\

My question is whether the computer can relearn and can it adjust to this CAM, or do I need to have the computer reprogrammed?Cam Style:Hydraulic roller tappet
