The Eaton G80 is standard on LTZ and optional on the others. It is a locking, not limited slip, differential.

Not sure the TC applies brakes to spinning wheels or just cuts the throttle. On my 2002 2WD TrailBlazer, it just cut the throttle on it. Might be different on 4WD.
