I have black tahoe 07.

I am having my taillights smoked/painted tomorrow.

Should I:

Smoke the entire taillight to match
or

Smoke everything but leave the reverse clear like it is now.

What do you guys think, please comment.

It totaly depends on your taste. It is your Hoe, do what you like to do with it.
Have you blackened everything else?

 

No, I think all blacked out taillights on an all black tahoe will look awsome, it's just not for me as I have a white one.

 

Here's a pic of mine with the reverse section left clear. i think it looks good this way, but that's my personal opinion. Plus it's California state law that your tailights must have reflective showing which this still does

I agree with bimmer....it's your ride, your car payments...do what you like if it does not turn out well, undo it...the whole customizing is an individual taste issue.. I bet it will look good because you will be likely one of few who customizes their vehicles. I enjoy the heck out of tweaking my cars and motorcycle....its what makes them yours (unique like you)
