Default Can PDR fix these dents??????

hey guys. unfortunatley here in NY it was snowing the other day. forgetting that my FULL garbage can was at the end of my driveway i backed up stomping the pedal hard and turning the wheel all the way to get out of the snow and BAM front of the truck swung around and nailed the garbage can got stuck in my wheel well. left a nice line dent in my fender and a small impression where a scratch that i was able to rub off was. can paintless dent removal fix these? i tried the hair dryed then dry ice. did not work. if so how much do you think it would cost and will they be able to do it . anyone know of pdr near Albany? thanks heres the pics.

Default dent repair

usually works best with 'round' dents vs a crease, but for next to free why not try it?
