Car Warranties... Any Suggestions??
Looking for Suggestions on where to get a good Warranty for my 2007 Tahoe, 46K miles.
Ive been to a lot of the placers online but they're all over for pricing 4-5 years 40K to 50K miles, etc...
So, anyway what do you got? What do you like/dislike?
Any Suggestions?
BTW... Has to be a Claifornia Company.
Thanks-

My recommendation would be to avoid any type of aftermarket warranty. Take the money that you are planning to spend on it and put it in an account labeled car repair fund. That way if you don't use it you can keep your money. If I were a betting man I would say that you'll have money leftover. That is what those warranty companies are betting on.
Take the time to read reviews of those companies on the internet; they are some of the worst consumer horror stories you can imagine. The biggest problem with those warranties is that they always seem to find a reason why your problem isn't covered.
Save your money and then the repairs are done on your terms.

well, hard to say and make decision unless u have own experience with extended warranty.
I got Interstate star auto - http://www.inds.com/
Cost me $12 a month for 3 years so i can't go wrong. If my trany or engine break down, i got "some" chance to get they pay for it. I took maximum coverage:
power, golden, platinum - interstate's star line up and care, care plus, care hitech - under starcare.
My friend has dodge inrepid and his engine brake down. He get paid for full replacement from extended warranty.
So, it's hard to say, but i still have chance to get something for $12 a month ))
