cell phone question

I just purchased a 05 chevy tahoe. It has onstar but no service. I want to know if I can use my cell phone via bluetooth threw the onstar unit? If I can how do I do so? thanks

It is to old for bluetooth. You can activate the onstar then connect it to your cell phone plan if you have Verizon.
